Postage Charges

$8.80 flat postage charge for orders under $150.00 and free delivery to Australia wide for orders over $150.00 (excludes any door pulls over one metre*).

If you are in need of Express Post please email us for a quote of additional cost.

Delivery Address and Contact Details

We prefer a physical address for delivery when you provide your delivery information. Please provide a phone number if we need to contact you. Depending on your location, delivery will be via courier or Australia Post Parcel. Please note that a signature might be required upon delivery of goods.

Delivery Time

Goods are dispatched either same day or next working day after payment has been received.

For delivery to capital cities of eastern states, Canberra and Adelaide, please allow 2-4 working days from the date of dispatch, and Darwin, Hobart and Perth allow 7-10 working days

For delivery to remote rural areas along the east coast please allow another 2-3 working days.

Delivery to remote Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania or Northern Territory areas, please allow a further 2-3 working days.

We will inform you when your order is dispatched, with a tracking number and an estimated time for delivery.

Please note the delivery time are estimated only, it will depend on off or peak season and each carries of parcel loads

Delivery Guaranteed by us

We have sent thousands of parcels each year to our customers in the past, and only a handful of parcels have been misplaced. If this happen to your order, we will replace your order and resend, at no cost to you, once we have verified with the delivery company the goods are missing.

Local Pick Up

Goods can be picked up and paid for from our warehouse, address is 15 Brunker Road, Greenacre, NSW, 2190. Opening hours: 8.00am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday; 9.00am -2.00pm Saturday.

* Door pulls longer than 1 metre will incur a freight surcharge of $16.50 from the delivery company for customers located in major metropolitan areas. Additional freight charges may apply for deliveries outside these metropolitan regions.
