Returns

Should you not be happy with the products, or for any other reasons, please return the goods within 30 days for a full refund of goods. Returned goods must in re-sellable condition unless it’s faulty product. Please note the refund does not include the cost of postage.

A claim must be lodged within seven days of receiving the parcel if  the goods are damaged on arrival.

Simply fill in the return form before you are return the goods, or call us let us know you will returning the goods for a full refund.

Warranty

Our products carries a manufactory warranty against defective materials or workmanship for five years from the date of original purchase. Proof of purchase receipt is required. In order to receive warranty, we may request photos of faulty product or the product be returned to us depend on each individual case, and we are reserve rights to replace either the faulty parts or full product.

This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, after-market modification, commercial use or damages arising from negligence, misuse or installation not in accordance with the product instructions. Any replacement parts or products do not extend the warranty period.

Our five years manufacturer’s warranty is limited to the cost of replacement of the product.  We are not liable for:

Damage to other property, based upon inconvenience, loss of use of the product, loss time caused by use of defective product, or even if advised of such possible damages, or any other damages, whether incidental, consequential or otherwise.
