$8.80 flat postage charge for orders under $150, and free delivery to Australia wide for orders over $150 (excludes any door pulls over one metre*).

Delivery Address and Contact Details
When placing an order with us, we prefer a physical address for delivery when you provide your delivery information. In case we need to contact you direct, please also provide a phone number. Depending on your location, delivery will be either via courier or Australia Post.
Dispatch Time and Delivery time
Goods are dispatched either same day or next working day after payment has been received. We will inform you when your order is dispatched, together with a tracking number.
Delivery time will depend on your location and the delivery time frame of the relevant delivery company. Our provided tracking numbers are linked to the respective delivery company website so you can check the delivery status of your order.
* Door pulls longer than 1 metre will incur a freight surcharge of $16.50 from the delivery company for customers located in major metropolitan areas. Additional freight charges may apply for deliveries outside these metropolitan regions.
