Shipping Charges
$8.80 flat postage charge for orders under $150.
Free delivery to Australia wide for orders over $150 (excludes any door pulls over one metre for NT, WA, TAS, and country NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and ACT).
Customers from country NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and ACT, as well as NT, WA and TAS will need to contact us for a postage quote on orders where over one metre door pulls are involved.
If you are in need of Express Post please email us for a quote of additional cost.
Delivery Address and Contact Details
When placing an order with us, we prefer a physical address for delivery when you provide your delivery information. In case we need to contact you direct, please also provide a phone number. Delivery will be either via courier or Australia Post, depending on your location.
Dispatch Time and Delivery time
Goods are dispatched either same day or next working day after payment has been received. We will inform you when your order is dispatched, together with a tracking number.
Delivery time will depend on your location and the delivery time frame of the relevant delivery company. Our provided tracking numbers are linked to the respective delivery company website so you can check the delivery status of your order.

I received a phone call about this order saying that they are different sizing, so I decided to go with the square ones that are the same Size which I thought was really great service yet to be sent the round ones that a original order so confused as to why some one would go to the trouble of calling then sending the same ones anyway

We contacted the customer to make her aware that the privacy sliding door handle face plate was not the same size as the passage handle set face plate. After some discussion the customer changed to a different series of handles to have a matching face plate size.
Unfortunately, there was a breakdown in communication between our sales team and the billing department, resulting in the order not being altered and the original order was sent out. The customer will be contacted to offer an exchange of the items at no cost to her.
