Shipping Charges

$8.80 flat postage charge for orders under $150, and free delivery to Australia wide for orders over $150 (excludes any door pulls over one metre).

Door pulls over 1 metre are subject to a $16.50 freight surcharge from the delivery company if you are located in the major metropolitan areas. This surcharge will be added to the shipping cost at checkout. Additional freight charges may apply if you are outside of these metropolitan areas. You can either place your order and we will contact you with, if applicable, the additional charge on delivery, or email us and ask for a quote before ordering.

Delivery Address and Contact Details
When placing an order with us, we prefer a physical address for delivery when you provide your delivery information. In case we need to contact you direct, please also provide a phone number. Delivery will be either via courier or Australia Post, depending on your location.

Dispatch Time and Delivery time
Goods are dispatched either same day or next working day after payment has been received. We will inform you when your order is dispatched, together with a tracking number.

Delivery time will depend on your location and the delivery time frame of the relevant delivery company. Our provided tracking numbers are linked to the respective delivery company website so you can check the delivery status of your order.
